La Capa de Invisibilidad perteneció a Ignotus Peverell, de él a su nieta Iolanthe, que se casó con Hardwin Potter. A partir de entonces, la Capa de Invisibilidad fue entregada siempre al hijo mayor en cada nueva generación de los Potter, hasta que llegó a manos de James Potter, Albus Dumbledore se la pidió para examinarla y se la entregó a Harry. La Piedra de la Resurrección fue también transmitida de generación en generación, aunque no sabemos si fue entre los descendientes de Antioch o de Cadmus. Uno de los dos hermanos tuvo descendencia hasta llegar a una hija que se casó con un hombre de la familia Gaunt y, finalmente, en el siglo veinte la familia Gaunt culminó con su último miembro, lord Voldemort. La Varita de Saúco aparece por primera vez en manos de Emeric el Malo, un mago extraordinariamente agresivo que murió en un feroz duelo con otro mago llamado Egbert el Atroz. Un siglo más tarde, Godelot redactó una colección de peligrosos hechizos con ayuda de una varita de saúco, antes de morir encerrado por su hijo Hereward. En el siglo XVIII apareció de nuevo a manos de Deverill, quien fue derrotado por Loxias. En el siglo XX, Gregorovitch difundió el rumor de que él la tenía, Gellert Grindelwald le aturdió y se la robó.
